Kids dental care

Teach kids oral care early on. Brush twice a day, floss once a day, limit sugary snacks and drinks and schedule regular dental check-ups. Good habits lead to healthy teeth and gums for life.

Brushing

Brush teeth twice a day for 2 mins with soft brush and fluoride toothpaste. Replace brush every 3-4 months or when bristles fray.

Nutrition

Eat a balanced diet with calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin C. Avoid sugary and acidic foods. Diverse foods are good for oral health.

Checkups

To keep your oral health in top shape, it is very important to schedule dental checkups every six months(as regular dental checkups).
